Comme les grains ou les pois ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 grill\u00e9s, la tsampa peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e sans cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la tsampa peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre cuite (p. ex. une sorte de polenta ou de soupe). Le temps de pr\u00e9paration est court, car la tsampa est faite \u00e0 partir d'orge ou de pois chiches grill\u00e9s et n'est donc plus crue.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bien-etreiris.ch\/presentations-des-produits\/vie-saine\/aliments-sains\/cereales\/orge\/tsampa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">La tsampa de pois chiches et d'orge de Sonam<\/span><\/a> peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e seule ou m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 sa guise. Des \"recettes\" personnelles font de la tsampa un aliment extr\u00eamement polyvalent que l'on peut consommer au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, \u00e0 midi, le soir, mais aussi entre les repas.<\/p>\n<p>La tsampa peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. Au lieu du lait, vous pouvez utiliser du lait d'amande et de noisette ou du lait de riz. Le beurre peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par de l'huile de noix de coco ou du beurre d'amande. Servir imm\u00e9diatement. Avant chaque gorg\u00e9e, remuer la tasse de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que le beurre se m\u00e9lange avec le th\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"PreparationList--step\">Tsampa: verser 1 dl de th\u00e9 au beurre dans chaque tasse. Saupoudrer de tsampa en m\u00e9langeant jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la masse soit ferme. Modeler des boulettes, selon les go\u00fbts et d\u00e9guster avec le reste du th\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"PreparationList--hint--icon\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"PreparationList--hint\">Les nomades additionnent plut\u00f4t leur th\u00e9 de lait ou de cr\u00e8me pour \u00e9conomiser le beurre, qui est une denr\u00e9e co\u00fbteuse. Les Tib\u00e9tains ajoutent dans le th\u00e9 au moins 1 cc de sel en raison des conditions climatiques.
