Le gingembre \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 cultiv\u00e9 en Chine et en Inde il y a plus de 3 000 ans. Ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s digestives et d\u00e9sinfectantes sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es en Europe. L'huile essentielle de la racine de gingembre a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antispasmodiques et anti-inflammatoires. L'huile est utilis\u00e9e en particulier pour les troubles aggrav\u00e9s par le froid et l'humidit\u00e9. Il est \u00e9galement utile pour le mal des transports. Au niveau \u00e9motionnel et mental, il a un effet clarifiant et orientant. Des d\u00e9cisions peuvent \u00eatre prises et mises en \u0153uvre.
